  • In Room Thermostats with hysteresis setting, the operating sensitivity setting can be adjusted between -2.0oC and 2.0oC degrees.
  • Hysteresis positive and negative values can be set as separate temperatures.
  • The factory setting of Room Thermostats with hysteresis setting is 0.5oC.

How to adjust hysteresis?
  • You can access the setting screen by pressing and holding the «On/Off» button for 3 seconds while your Room Thermostat is turned off. You can adjust hysteresis positive and hysteresis negative values here.

What is the hysteresis positive setting?

The hysteresis positive factory setting of your Room Thermostat is 0.5oC. This value can be adjusted between «0.1oC » and «2.0oC «. When you set the hysteresis positive value to 0.3oC, your Room Thermostat will send a command to your heating/cooling unit in case the room temperature increases 0.3oC above the set temperature value. For example, when you set your Room Thermostat to 22.0oC, in case the room temperature rises to 22.3oC, your heating unit will stop if the Room Thermostat is in heating mode and your cooling unit will start if it is in cooling mode.

What is the hysteresis negative setting?

The hysteresis negative factory setting of your Room Thermostat is -0.5oC. This value can be adjusted between «-0.1oC » and «-2.0oC «. When you set the hysteresis negative value to -0.3oC, your Room Thermostat will send a command to your heating/cooling unit in case the room temperature decreases 0.3oC below the set temperature value. For example, when you set your Room Thermostat to 22.0oC, in case the room temperature drops to 21.7oC, your heating unit will start if the Room Thermostat is in heating mode and your cooling unit will stop if it is in cooling mode.
