What is a Wired Room Thermostat?
A Wired Room Thermostat measures the temperature of your home, keeps your home at the temperature you set, and allows you to turn your heating/cooling unit on or off whenever you want.
Wired Room Thermostats are connected to the heating/cooling unit with a cable. Therefore, a cable connection must be made between the heating/cooling unit and the Wired Room Thermostat up to the area where you will place the Wired Room Thermostat.
Why should I use a Room Thermostat?
Heating/cooling units are indexed to heat/cool the water in the installation due to their working principle. In a scenario where your heating/cooling unit is a boiler and is set to 50°C, your boiler runs until it brings the water circulating in the installation to 50°C, regardless of the temperature of your home, and stops when it reaches 50°C. Although everything seems normal here, this system causes your monthly bills to be about 35% higher.
When the Room Thermostat is used, your boiler still operates at 50°C, but when your home reaches the desired temperature, the Room Thermostat turns off your boiler regardless of the temperature of the circulating water and prevents your boiler from running unnecessarily.

What is measurement accuracy and operating sensitivity?
- Measurement accuracy is the temperature value measured by the Room Thermostat and this value is 0.1oC in all room thermostat models.
- The operating sensitivity is the temperature difference by how many degrees the Room Thermostat will turn the heating/cooling unit on and off. This value can be adjusted between -2.0oC and 2.0oC in Room Thermostats with hysteresis setting. The factory setting is 0.5oC.
– TPI Room Thermostats calculate and implement the operating sensitivity required for heating or cooling the environment using minimum energy.
What is the temperature calibration setting and what does it do?
The sensors used in Room Thermostats are very sensitive. If you want to take the temperature of the thermometers in your living space as a reference, you need to calibrate your Room Thermostat. Temperature calibration setting can be made between -8 and +8 C. The recommended temperature calibration setting is 0.0oC. Refer to the user manual of your Room Thermostat to set the temperature calibration setting.
What is the Battery Indicator – LB warning?
When the “LB” warning appears on the display of your Room Thermostat, it means “low battery warning”. It is recommended to replace the batteries when this warning appears.
What is the TPI feature?
TPI technology is designed to ensure you get the best possible energy efficiency from your heating/cooling system. It measures and applies the best possible timings to reach and maintain the set temperature in your home.
Thanks to advanced TPI artificial intelligence technology, your Room Thermostat adapts to the temperature change of its environment. By creating a general temperature map of your home, it learns when the desired room temperature is reached and how this temperature is maintained.
Based on this information, it calculates how long your heating/cooling unit should run and provides higher savings and comfort compared to On/Off Room Thermostats.
How does the TPI Room Thermostat work?
Room Thermostats with TPI technology predict when the temperature of your home will increase above or decrease below the set temperature and turn the heating unit on and off accordingly. This ensures that your home stays at the set temperature with minimal deviations up and down.
Thanks to the advanced artificial intelligence technology in the product software, it adapts to the temperature change of its environment. By creating a general temperature map of your home, it learns how long it takes to reach the desired room temperature and how this temperature is maintained. Thus, it provides minimum energy consumption by calculating how long your heating/cooling unit should run.
What is the difference of the TPI Room Thermostat?
In the room thermostats without TPI, the heating/cooling unit runs continuously until it exceeds the set temperature value and stops.
